Process |
【 Traditional Water Treatment Process 】
|
- Sand filtration：able to remove suspended matter
of medium and large particles to decrease water
turbidity.
- Manganese sand filtration：iron and manganese
content is controlled within 0.1mg/L after raw
water with high content of iron and manganese
is treated.
- Active carbon adsorption：deodorization and
decoloring for raw water, to remove organic
substances, free chlorine, heavy metals, etc.
- Micro flocculation：dosing flocculant, to coagulate
micro colloid ion less than 5×10－6m.
- Fine filtration：wiring reel filter core, able
to remove micro particles over 10－5m. in water.
- Security filtration：wiring reel filter core,
able to remove micro particles over 5×10－6m
in water.

【Water Treatment Membrane Separation Process】
|
 |
- MF ：porous film，entrapping 0.1～1 μm particles
in water: suspended substances, bacteria, corpuscule,
large molecule organic substance, etc.
- UF ：pore range: 2～3×10–8m，able to entrap proteins,
various kinds of enzyme, bacteria, virus, colloid,
micro particles etc.
- NF ：membrane material has nm micro pores,
to remove minimum molecule of about 1mm with
a trapping rate over 95%.
- RO ：semi-osmotic membrane material, its aperture
is very small, mostly ≤ 10 × 10–10m（10A），able
to remove organic substance of ion range and
very small molecule weight in water, such as
bacteria, virus, heat source, etc.

【Water Treatment Sanitization Process】
|
- Ozone sanitization ：ozone O3，which is a kind
of sterilization gas with broad-spectrum, high
efficiency, speediness, safety and without any
secondary pollution, able to kill bacteria,
virus, epiphyte, etc.
- Sodium hypochlorite sanitization ：a kind of
disinfector of high efficiency, speediness,
strong sterilization. Hypochlorite generator
with about 1%～5% active chlorine, and sodium
hypochlorite is generated by salt electrolysis.
- Ultraviolet sanitization ：it uses ultraviolet
spectrum with 225～275μm wavelength and 254μm
peak value, effectively to kill bacteria and
virus so as to purify water and avoid secondary
pollution.
